Singles spring fling set April 26
Spring into a fun afternoon of mixing and mingling with other single adults ages 50 and older at 2:30 p.m. Friday, April 26, at Matt Ross Community Center , 8101 Marty St., Overland Park.
Exhibit shows items from time capsule
A new exhibit through May 4 at the Johnson County Museum offers an opportunity to look “Inside the Box: A 1951 Time Capsule.”
Mildale Farm plans event
The annual Mildale Farm Spring Community Day is scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon March 30 at the farm site, 35250 W. 199th St., Edgerton.
Parks begin summer hours on March 1
Summer hours of 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. go into effect March 1 through Oct. 31 for many Johnson County Park and Recreation District parks.
Event features fun for all ages
Gamin’ with the Grandkids will take place from 1:30 to 3 p.m. March 13, at the Matt Ross Community Center, 8101 Marty St., Overland Park.
