The Johnson County Board of County Commissioners Hearing Room on the third floor of the Johnson County Administration Building is currently undergoing renovation of its audiovisual system.

Work began on Oct. 27 and is expected to end on Nov. 14. The BOCC meetings scheduled during that time, including the regular meetings on Nov. 6 and Nov. 13, will be temporarily relocated to Room 200 on the lower level of the Administration Building.

The meetings will be livestreamed only on YouTube, not on OnBase. However, once the recording of the meeting is finalized, it will be available for viewing on OnBase.

The new AV system will include wireless microphones, new back-wall monitors, new cameras and upgraded presenter tools that will allow for the highlighting and annotating of on-screen materials.
