Starting the week of Feb. 9, the Johnson County Housing Services office will be open for in-person customer service on Wednesdays only, 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4:30 p.m., or by appointment.

The office is located at the North Central Multi-Service Center, 12425 W. 87th St. Parkway, Suite 200, Lenexa, KS 66215. This is a temporary change. 

The Housing Services office will be closed to walk-in customer service Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

The Housing Choice Voucher Program (formerly Section 8) waitlist is closed. There are no plans to open the waitlist in 2026.
