Dark Chocolate Nut Clusters

Ingredients:

1 4-ounce bar of dark chocolate

2 cups mixed nuts or a combination of your favorites

1 cup dried cherries or your favorite dried fruit

Method:

Break the chocolate bar into pieces and place it in a microwave-safe bowl; place the bowl into the microwave. Melt chocolate in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds or until melted and smooth. Add the nuts and fruit of choice to the bowl and stir until all pieces are evenly coated. Drop bite-sized mounds onto parchment or wax paper-lined baking sheet using a teaspoon. Place the baking sheet in a refrigerator to chill for 10 minutes, allowing the chocolate to harden.
