Childhood Immunizations

The Olathe and Mission walk-in immunization clinics will close starting at 2 p.m. on May 18 through the end of the day May 20, 2026. If you need immunization services, contact a healthcare provider or a nearby pharmacy.

Our walk-in immunization clinic wait times vary at this time of year. Vaccines are also available through health systems, clinics and pharmacies. If you have private insurance or Medicaid, you may call the phone number on the back of your insurance card for in-network providers.

Note: If the estimated wait time exceeds our hours of operation, we may need to suspend our services. You can try again when the queue opens later or on the next business day.

Medical Records Request

Clients 18 years and younger with private health insurance are required to provide documentation of immunization coverage. If you need a copy of your immunization record, please complete the Release of Information Authorization (English) or Autorización de Divulgación de Información (Español) form and return it to us via email at MedicalRecords-DHE@jocogov.org. You can fax the form to us at 913-826-1300. If you need further assistance, contact Medical Records at 913-477-8355.

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment allows you to access an official record of immunizations that you or your child received in Kansas using the secure online KSWebIZ Public Portal. This record can be accessed within minutes and saved or printed as proof of immunizations for daycare, school, camp, work, travel, etc.

If you need assistance accessing your record from the portal, call the Kansas Immunization Program at 1-877-296-0464 and select Option 1, or send an email to KDHE.ImmunizationRegistry@ks.gov. Assistance is available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
